There have been some instances where the procurement has been decentralised to States for local procurement of drugs and consumables. The local procurement needs to be undertaken at SDS or District level in accordance with the approval from the Competent Authority.

The Public Financial Management System (PFMS) is a government fund management and online transaction system. It is owned and maintained by the Controller General of Accounts (CGA), Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, Government of India.

The following errors are mostly encountered at the time of DBT payment in the PFMS.

Here are the reasons why Ni-kshay does not generate benefits and the actions required to fix these issues.

Following banking issues appear before initiating the DBT payment. These errors will show in the DBT Checker id. After rectifying all the errors, the DBT Maker/User has to again send the beneficiary details from Ni-kshay to PFMS. 

Some issues appear at the time of DBT at the Benefit Level.
