Programatic Reviews

Review meetings are useful for monitoring and effective use of the same help to improve program performance.

STDCs need to help STC in organising monthly review meetings with the districts. Advance planning of agenda items need to be done on a monthly basis based on the periodic Ni-kshay data analysis. Thorough preparation before review is important. Reviews need to be based on objective criteria in a consultative mode. Experience sharing on important discussion points to be given importance and good practices need to be dissiminated for cross-learning. STDCs need to ensure systematic recording and dissemination of minutes of the meeting including time bound action points. STDCs also need to track the actions taken based on the decisions made in the meeting/ feedback provided.
